J&K Sales, Inc. is owned and operated by Ken Bush and John May. Though the company was officially started in 2001, the two owners offer a broad range of knowledge, skills and experience in the areas of technical services, customer services, quality control and marketing. After years of working together as managers for a manufacturing company, they decided to combine their skills to launch their own company based on the internet sales of computer equipment.
Ken's background is primarily based in electronics and computer technology. His electronics background includes positions in the military and manufacturing environments as Radio/Telephone/Switchboard Technician, Test Technician and Test Engineering Manager. Products within his range of troubleshooting and repair experience at the board level include everything from computer motherboards to medical equipment. Positions held in the area of computer technology include IT Manager for a manufacturing company with a LAN of 90+ computers covering two sites. Involved with computer technology for almost two decades, he has recently evolved to the growing field of pen computer technology. Through self-employment as a computer equipment reseller, Ken has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the area of internet marketing.
John's experience started as an electronic manufacturing technician troubleshooting AC to DC and DC to DC power supplies along with the supporting automated test equipment in the early 90's. As the small company grew to a larger
more global company, John found a new role as Quality Engineering Manager and ISO representative. Some of his duties and responsibilities included: Incoming Inspection, Calibration, Documentation Control, Quality Reporting,
Quality Engineering, Supplier Certification, Customer Service and ISO certification. Customer Satisfaction was one of John's top priorities in this role. Eventually, with John's knowledge of the manufacturing process and customer
expectations, he took on a new role as Program Manager for one of the largest accounts maintained by his employer. This gave John the opportunity to work with customers from all different geographies including the US, Mexico,
Canada & Europe which strengthened his dedication to quality and customer service.
